HOSPITALITY
The Scarlett Group have expanded into the Hospitality Industry with their acquisition of Palm House a Boutique Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. Considerable investment has been made into this business which has now become a preferred venue for many Government departments and major South African companies.
Further expansion in the hospitality industry is planned and plans are in place to double the occupancy of this historic property.
The Group also have acquired other properties in Europe that they are considering using in the hospitality industry.
BUILDING & CARPENTRY
